During his time as Chaplain at Redeemer University, Josiah developed a leadership pathway for emerging kingdom leaders that was highly impactful. This pathway was effective in identifying, equipping and releasing leaders who could immediately apply their learning. These leaders have been able to take this learning and formation into various ministry leadership roles. I appreciated the way Josiah was able to intentionally build into student leaders. Particularly effective were his developmental cohort groups that shaped these leaders in the practices and postures of leadership and disciple-making.
