Raise up Kingdom Leaders

A man is walking along a winding path towards a sun set.

Does your church have a strategy for identifying and forming leaders?

Often in the church, we offer discipleship, but aren’t equipping disciple-makers. We provide ministry-specific training in the church, but aren’t training ministers for the church.

We'll help you create a contextualized vision and strategy for identifying, equipping and calling emerging leaders in your church.  We'll help you to raise up leaders who are theologically rooted, spiritually vibrant and strategically discerning.

Leadership Pathway Coaching

Strengthen your identifying, equipping and calling of leaders as a church and connect them to regional and denominational opportunities for training and serving.  We will work with you to create a strategic plan and pathway for leader formation in your local church that connects to your vision and culture and offers a structured pathway with aligned programming.

Workshops and Conferences

“Working with Josiah Bokma was a highly clarifying experience for St. Clair Church.  From roundtable discussions and small group leader interviews to the community survey, Josiah asked excellent and diverse questions that uncovered deeper insights, helping us reflect on key areas for growth. His strengths-based report was well-articulated and provided actionable next steps. By synthesizing complex feedback and offering clear, results-oriented recommendations, Josiah gave us insight for prayerful next steps and areas for growth in our discipleship.”
