Why consider Josiah as your coach?

Josiah has been mentoring and coaching leaders since 2007, in a variety of contexts from the church to the mission field and academy. His training in Transformational Coaching both affirmed and strengthened this core posture and practice as a leader. Coaching is not just one thing that he does, but captures a way a being and leading that thrives in deep listening and continual learning.

What would a typical coaching session look like?

Each session is 60 minutes long and is focused around a topic that the coachee brings - a challenge they want to tackle, an opportunity they want to engage, a personal or professional growth area, etc. The coach guides the conversation and asks questions that help the coachee to better understand their situation and potential ways forward. Then, they co-create a practical path forward that includes engages personal support and resources. The coachee leaves energized, with clarity around what they need to do and how they will do it.

Leadership Coaching costs $125 per session. If the cost is a challenge, Josiah is happy to make something work within your budget.
